I just paid for my entry and my status still shows 'Not Submitted'

  • If you're sure that your payment went through (i.e. you have an emailed receipt or a charge to your credit card)
  • Then wait a few hours. Sometimes it takes a moment for PayPal to talk to EntryThingy, especially depending on how the galleries have set up their accounts
  • If after half a day or so the status has not changed, then please reach out to the organization hosting this call and attach your receipt or invoice. They can then check to see what happened or manually update your status
  • EntryThingy does not handle the payments for shows, so we cannot verify on our end and/or change your status
