How do I get in contact with someone?
Please search this FAQ first! We have put effort into documenting almost every issue that gets emailed to us first.
If you still need help, you can email us at hello@entrythingy.com. We aim to reply to all emails within 2 business days. Please include:
- The email for the account you're asking about (or just email us from that account!)
- A specific description of your problem. For example: "I can't submit" is too general of an issue for us to help with
- If you need your account reset due to too many failed login attempts, please make the subject line "Reset Account"
At this time, EntryThingy does not offer support via telephone. We are a small business and don't have the support staff to handle general phone inquiries.
