Do I have to download everything every time?

Nope. After your first download, you'll see a new link [download all since _date_]. The data will automatically be set to the last time you downloaded. Click the link to only download files that have changed or added since your last download. Extract the new ZIP file on top of your original download files to update your copy on your computer.
